How do I submit my cards for grading or slabbing?

Your setup may look a bit different, but this is where we recommend starting.  Keep in mind some things may be substituted  - such as rubber bands in place of painters tape or cardboard in place of "shipping protectors"

Step 1) Using standard "penny sleeves" - place each card individually into the soft vinyl sleeve.

Note: For the next step, please use a semi-rigid card holder, preferably a Card Saver 1. Semi-rigid holders make cards easier and safer to remove during the grading process.

(3 5/16" x 4 7/8")

Step 2) Slide the sleeved card into the semi-rigid card holder.

Step 3) Sandwich the protected cards tightly between two pieces of corrugated cardboard and secure them gently with rubber bands or painter's tape.

In this case, you see us using a similar design with "Shipping Protectors"

Your final product should look something like this:

Secure at all sides, and nothing poking out.

Package & Ship

Step 4) Wrap the cardboard sandwich securely in bubble wrap so it cannot shift inside the container.  You may also  choose to add additional wrapping, packing peanuts, or paper to ensure a safe pack.

Step 5) Place the wrapped stack into a sturdy shipping box.  Give yourself enough room for any additional wrapping you may choose - but do not overstuff the box.

Step 6) Print out your online submission form and place it right inside the box with the cards.

Now that those steps are complete,  and you've ensured your package is secure and safe for shipping - we recommend taking it to your local post office.  Doing so will allow you to get a tracking number, so you will be able to stay in the loop of when your cards arrive to us.
